HZS25 concrete batching plant is a simple and small concrete batching plant with automatic feeding function. It is a semi-automatic concrete mixer composed of JS500 forced mixer, feeding, batching, electrical control and steel structure. This simple mixing plant has the dual advantages of single machine independent use and PLD series batching machine forming a concrete mixing plant with a production capacity of more than 25m3/h, and has a simple structure, convenient disassembly and convenient construction. It has the advantages of uniform mixing of concrete, short mixing time, long service life of damaged parts, and convenient operation and maintenance. It is suitable for small-scale construction sites, prefabricated parts factories, small commercial concrete production plants and road maintenance.
It adopts new design ideas, electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display and other control technologies. The electronic weighing has a buffer device and automatic compensation function, and the measurement accuracy is high. The sand and gravel feeding system uses a large width herringbone belt to feed the material, and is equipped with a pedestrian walkway, which makes it an ideal choice for the majority of construction units to produce high-quality concrete.
